2023 Scholarship Recipient: Makenzie Iszard

Makenzie Iszard

Makenzie graduated with a BFA in Acting from Columbia College Chicago in Spring of 2024. At Columbia, she had notable performances as Bunny in Detroit ’67, in The Giver, in The Bluest Eye, and as Raylynn in Blood at the Root, which had a successful transfer to ETA Creative Arts. She performed as the Bride in Was Dinner Good, Dear Sister for the Lookout Series at Steppenwolf Theater. Originally from Kansas City, Makenzie now makes Chicago her home.
